Not sure how nobody else has picked up on this yet, but AMD/ATI launched the world's first 40-nm products today! The Mobility Radeon HD 4860 and Mobility Radeon HD 4830 are built on TSMC's 40-nm process and contain 826 million transistors. And yes, this is the same RV740 core that will be lauching in desktop products later in April.
