I don't see the point of this card, plus this time, the name is indeed stupid. It should be called 4860!

Still, the 4870 and the 4850 have gone dirt cheap, and i guess that the 5850 will be a bit faster than the 4890, so filling a hole between the 4870 and the 4850, just before a new product launch, seems a bit strange!

Seems like this HD4790 is for real. Its actually a 55nm RV790.
