yah ... some groups just wanna have a good lan slugfest .... playing through BNET may be too laggy

waiting and waiting for DIII, it doesn't hurt if no LAN. but i remember in DII times i play with 6 friends in LAN for 2 days/2 night straight (it was fun).

Maybe they should adopt the OS methods. Single and multi-user license.

LAN available for multi-user only.
A blade cuts both ways. So why take the risk? Stab instead.

With more indulgent parents these days, I don't think that really applies. Also, some save up to purchase these games. All it takes is a few weeks of skipping lunch.

Well, they don't really care. You've seen cases where game developers hire scientists to study how to make a game addictive and appealing to this age group.

They find ways to get to raise the dopamine levels in gamers. Whether it's true or not still remains a mystery to me but it's something to consider. After all, what's important to the companies is the profit. The means to the end are of no concern to them.

Actually my point is since game are catered for those do not have money and with price averagely $50 for each title. It's very unlikely young people in developing country to afford an original copy once in few months.
