Super Street Fighter IV has been confirmed as a standalone release, featuring returning classics - T.Hawk, Dee Jay and also a new character Juri. Other new characters are not unveiled yet. According to Gamespot, the producer explained SSFIV will offer current SFIV owners a bonus that Capcom isn't revealing at this time.
