hey there everyone! i own a S6240 used for school. anyway, i've sent my laptop for service once already. took great care of it but my speaker failed just after 3 weeks and my motherboard died about 2 months ago. sad. luckily on warranty.

hey rockster, u can try getting one at one of the Fujitsu centres? Funan maybe? There is a list of centres here

hiyee all, i juz got my S7110 weeks ago.. but keep having the problem of laptop hanging... anyone haf same problem?

ok..update. my skool, RP, has Fujitsu to sell the S6240. so many bought it. and many people have reported lots of problems. one of the common ones i've heard (and experienced) is the sudden cange of colour of the screen. while working, suddenly the whole screen turns purple (blue, green and other colours reported also). this is starting to worry most of the students..

like to ask if anyone uses the cooling pads from SLS? can it be used safetly in the first place? like to find out more before i get one and kill my lappie in the process....

i thought cooling pads are suppose to help the laptop? never used before. but how will it kill ur lappie? i'm not sure. hope someone can assist u on this.

i saw some reports of laptops with litium polymer blowing up due to overdrawing of the current from the batteries... i know ours is running on lithium ion... so should be quite safe... but still wanna know whats the risk like...

hi,
I have recently buy notebk Fujitsu S2110, wanted to watch my DVD on TV set. So I bought the Mini S-video cable fm Fujitsu to attached to S-video cable that I bought fm Funan Mall. Went home and tried load DVD and press FN+ F10 on my laptop but still no imaage on my TV. Can anyone enlighten me? tks

my S6230 recently had a HDD crash...
replaced the HDD..
now when boot up, super slow..
at least take 10 mins...
wads wrong??

dude try cycling through the FN+F10. i think for the DVD to show your laptop screen has to be blanked... don't ask me why but it works for mine... i'm using the same one as u.
