Lenovo global workforce reduction to reach 1,400

Hi, I'm think of buying a netbook with the 3G function for my datacard.
Question: a) its between the Lenovo S10-2 vs LG X120G. Any one can share their views? or any better model that these two?
b) when is it available in SIN. Whats the price?

i've been looking for such a netbook for some time. LG "claims" the X120G will be available in june probably during PC Show. the S10-2 i think can wait long long, its not even officially released yet and such 3G netbooks got history of taking forever to reach here.

X120G suppose to be available already but not here yet. MSI was going to bring in its U120H but that didn't happen either.

The ONLY decent model available now is LG X110 but its RAM is not upgradeable, if not i would have gotten it long ago. Hope X120G makes it here in june

Hi, thx for your reply. I'd guess I wld need to wait for the PC show in June. Another friend of mine advised to take Lenovo becos of the after sales service (China) over the LG (Korea) as Lenovo is pretty reliable. Hopefully the coming PC show wld share some light, otherwise I will get a netbook minus the 3.5g built-in modem.
