Hi, im using 3000G230 lenovo laptop.
i cant press my shift keys (both left and right), N key and B key
anyone know how to solve this problem?

and another question is, if i wanan upgrade my laptop ram, i can buy any laptop ram brand right? need to be lenovo brand only?

i think you need to send for repair liao.
maybe keyboard spoilt, contact point or cable loosen, worst to worst.. mobo spoilt.

You can upgrade to any brand laptop ram as long as it is supported by your lappy mobo. e.g. DDR2 DDR3 and size

i called Lenovo centre alr,
they say they ll get back to me in 2-3 workin days.

just wait lor.. just give them a ring if they nv call u back.. it's normal 1
when i send my fujitsu notebook for service they say need 2 weeks to order the parts, i called them 2 day after then the parts magically came.
zzz. need to pressure them haha..

They don't have service center? Last time my fujitsu keyboard spoil (near end of warranty), I just bring down and they changed the motherboard and the keyboard, takes a while though.

Just get the parts from sim lim, and fix it yourself.
I did that for friend, cost me only $16
