Hi..im going to sell off my lenovo laptop to someone and I want to permanently delete all files and personal stuff...I understand there is this function called factory setting? How can i get about doing it? Many thanks.

try googling for the solution. usually most laptops now comes with a hidden partition aka recovery partition which u can restore to factory setting using that partition.
