anyone out there has the Recovery disc for CQ40-528TX.
i would like to pay S$10 bucks and self collection.

My laptop installed the XP caused lost of the recovery of Windows Vista.

My computer was formatted to install XP. now wanna install vista back.. but not recovery disc liao..

Anyone has the pc and burn one set and sell to me..

there 2 solution..

1: get an OEM Windows Vista or Windows 7 from here or retailers
2: Call HP Customer Service request to get a copy of your "Model" of Recovery CD

if im not wrong.. Branded Laptop/Desktop they comes with a Recovery Partition and On the PC tools.. u have to burn a copy of the recovery disc.

the problem is i did not burn the recovery disc before i format the computer to install xp..
