wah...the keyboard can wear out so fast?????

amzaing man...think i have to take care of my lappie...just collect the v2000 from starhub today....

alright, just went to HP today to fix the notebook.

after i told them my plight, the CSO got the Product Specialist to speak to me. I told him what happened, and he gladly accepted my notebook for servicing, and replacing the worn out button, and the abbrasion marks on the insides.

Excellent service by HP. i'm totally blown away!!

call them today, and guess what. the lady said ETA was on 23rd of Feb, so i have 1 week more of being notebookless
