Can upgrade at the expense of voiding warrenty. Moreover, you never know if the thermal design of the laptop can support 'hotter' processor.

dangerous bro. Rather you sell off your current and look for a new and yet stable one. You wanna be covered with warranty don't you?

You have to ask yourself whether is it better to upgrade or just straight get a higher grade laptop. Unless your laptop is free, i dont recommend upgrading the cpu at all.

Upgrade ram and hdd will be the limit for my laptop. Unless i can find the highest grade possible cpu and the warranty is over, else i wont really bother.

*Celeron lappie really cmi lah..i can understand why you want to upgrade cpu

Hmm, not sure. Pentium M and AMD Turion is pretty rare here. I only know Cybermind carry them (not all, some models only). Go SLS Cybermind and ask around; I think these processor prices aren't listed on their price list.
