Request for video streaming sites alternatives

Since nicovideo started streaming LQ video for basic subscribers, I have been looking for alternative HQ/HD online streaming sites with good user-created content. So far I've only been able to locate zoome.jp, and it's already much better than nico. Many of the videos posted (and then removed) at nico can also be found at zoome.

Besides zoome, I've also discovered a way to post HD MVs on youtube. You can read more about it here.

How to download online streaming videos

I'm using these:
Vid-DL - 動画ダウンロード保存支援ツール (Works for both nico and zoome)
Toshichan Green Tune: Get a web video by only 4 clicks. (Does not seem to work on nico)

A Youtube playlist with many HD OP/ED videos, creditless! (not mine): YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.

It's frustrating that the Haruhi OP/ED can't be viewed though, it says "not available in your country". X.X
