For Ah Yong...
hehe...

Amazing, i managed to install windows @ 3.4ghz on stock vcore.
I tot got chance liao... (tot can hit high high...but...)
keke... but would only load into windows @ 3.3ghz.
Not bad liao...
Touch touch abit,
managed a 3.5+ ghz...
hmm... 3.6ghz, die die wun load.
can boot @ 3.7ghz but die die wun load @ 3.6ghz.

Sian, as the multiplier gets bigger,
the rams frequency get smaller...
Need to adjust the divider higher.
Those ppl who use am2 4600 o/c and above will know what i mean.
But my this board i know got no vnb adjustment.
So have to get the best htt/multiplier ratio..

Haha, amd's K8 last stand (of processors)... kekeke..
Not bad for amd standard comparsion I guess.
But 3.3ghz on stock vCore is pretty good.
Anyway some benches.

Stock cooler can take 3.2~3.3ghz on stock vcore.
Memory speed n latency really affect the performance for amd by alot.
I haven't flash new bios yet.
If got better results, I'll update...

Why is it only for yong?

AMD just release 6400+ X2 which is rated 3.2Ghz.

But a 125W TDP... "AMD Athlon-P4 6400+ X2"
3.3Ghz at Stock Vcore is pretty good, but it is almost the limits of current 940 X2s' speed.

Yah, its the limit of the 90nm SOI liao...
Actual, considered not bad that amd
can actually hit speeds on air now that
ppl needed extreme cooling 1yr back.
Mai hiam, actually very good liao for tight budget ppl.
