Palit 6600 pcie riws Jul 7th, 05, 03:48 AM #1 (permalink)
Need some help. Damn bad card for oc, can only reach 500mhz core and this for 3dmarks, in games with 500mhz freezes. Need this vmod to my sli test with 2 6600`s. The first card reaches 550mhz / 750 with no problem. :freak:

On the backside is a regulator "1575 p(or r)ffz"
1. 2,36v
2. 13,13v
3. 0,98v
4. 0v
5. 17,47v

C137 and C134 should have the Vgpu on it. See which MOSFET in the picture has your Vgpu.

From there track which IC the MOSFET run to.

The nearest is 1.26 V from one of the MOSFETs.

Sir would you mind if you measure the tabs on the MOSFETs too. Hope that it can facilitate help here.

Q3 and Q4 are my current suspects for regulation. See if pin 3 of Q3 and Q4 runs to the LM324 beside.

Yellow points. See if they run to LM324's pin 1, 7, 8 or 14. The 1st pin is beside the indent.

Continuity can be tested with a multimeter set to measure resistance "ohms."

IIRC, a PC tends not to have anything above 12.6V, let alone 13.6
