hi ppl i managed to fit my artic silencer5 rev2 onto my 7800gtx but the hsf fan comes wif a 2 pin plug , so i need a convertor to either a 3pin or a 4pin molex,
can any1 advise me where to purchase 1 of this?

It should be 2pin male and 3pin female

You mean 3-pin to 2-pin adaptor...

You might wanna just get a 3-pin to 4 pin molex adaptor.. No point hooking up to the card direct if you don't wish to monitor RPM..

i got a few 3pin to 4 pin molex connectors from energizer but i not good wif electricals so i duno which wires to cut care to advise?

Okay... Just realised that you need a 2-pin to 3-pin adaptor. The one shown in the link isn't...

You'll need to get an adaptor custom made..

i'm at tampines, i kinda get the black to black red to red thing , well hop the silencer can cool this beast down thou it din do much for my 6800ultra last time, if not then itz maze4 here i come

haha well the 6800Ultra had a pretty decent cooler on it in the 1st place...so I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't work tt well

If you can wait till Saturday, a fortnight from now, I can help you to do up the adaptor. You'll have to accompany me to buy the parts from SLT though.
