Hi

I killed my 9800GTX and was looking around something to play with. Found that I have NV6200TC 16mb (production sample). It should be fun to play with it for some time

Click the image to open in full size.

It has NV44 core but all 4 corners are cut off. It is strange
The layout is almostly the same, exept it has only one IC on the back (that bigger one upper left corner).

The IC number is: ISL6549CB

Click the image to open in full size.

I also made some measuring under load and idle

1: 3,33v
5: 2,563v 2,558v
6: 1,195v 1,185v
7: 1,201v 1,197v
8: 12,13v
11: 12,13v
14: 12,13v
19: 1,196v 1,196v
22: 1,195v 1,195v

The other's do not have value at all or it is around 9mv.

So, if anybody could jump in and help me to mod the mem and core, I would be happy
