Typical setup of pump, CPU and GPU waterblock, 240 mm radiator with fans, Tygon tubing with normal barbs and reservoir top for pumps almost always end up at slightly below $500. Water-cooling doesn't come cheap. In my opinion, it's still a half-niche market. However, if you have the money then it's definitely recommended to go water-cooling.
