I recently brought a Q6600 (G0 with VID 1.2875) + P5K-E/Wifi-AP board (BIOS 1305) and hope to OC it to a stable 3.2GHz.
But it seems I can't run it stable in Prime95 Blend test. After 12-13hr, 1 of the 4 worker will fail. (Or should i use Small FFTs test?)
I tried increasing the vcore till it run at just 70'C on max load. But still 1 of the worker still fail. (Using TrueBlack with 2 fans)
Many of the setting I am not sure what they mean so I set them at auto.
Can anyone enlighten me what they mean and direct me to what setting should I set them at
I am also using 2x 1GB Ballistix Tracer PC2-8500 (Old 2 sided chip that run @ 2.2v, Model-BL12864AL1065)
I am running them stable @ 4-4-4-12, 949MHz @ 2.05v passing memtest32+ for 22times without error
Do you guys think I should run them @ 2.2v at higher speed or lower the speed to 1:1 ratio or maintain just is they are now?
