My clock speed is at 200 X 16.5 voltage 1.344 using biostar 790gxxe. On load temperature reading from hwmonitor as follows :
tmpin0 63 tmpin1 32 tmpin2 48 core 43

But once unlock to 4 core the tmpin 2 will change to 56, core unknown.

ya nb temp (tmpin0) is quite high, core temp is very high for an x3 too. what kinda wc ur using? could it be a bad mount? idle temp for decent air coolin @ x3 should be < 35'c, load temp should be @ 40'c ish for that kinda voltage. add another 5~8'c for x4. air flow of ya case is normal thou, so that eliminates bad air flow factor...

Guys thanks a lot for the help. =)
Anyway i'm on water cooling >.< the readings are on load full load running on prime95. I'm just worried that when on X4 if the tmpin 2 is so high will my CPU temperature be on the dangerous side too.

Idle

On load

load temp @ 46'c w/ 1.36v is OK, but could be better. again, what kinda wc setup u have there?
