Did anyone here OC asus P5Q c2d 8400 in stable?

i was planning to OC my rig hit to 4.0GHZ..i dunno how much the volt should increase and BIOS setting how to set?

Hey bro it's not a case of how much but how little ....work in 5 MHz increments going up for most E8400 you are going to end up round 1.35 ~ 1.42 volts unless you got golden cpu

But cooling is going to have a big effect on how far past 3.6 you get ...
