anyone can recommend a really true power 500W PSU? price budget around $80-$120.

u can try coolermaster real power series, Corsair, Silverstone or aerocool

aerocool is 650w true power modular 80 plus selling at $155 << not bad

get Seasonic brand. you won't be regret one. its the oem maker for many brand like corsair, etc....

alternative you can get the amacrox psu.. the manufacturer is the same as ocz.. but alot cheaper.. no bling led though..

You could try the Scythe GouRiki-2. It's modular, has 80+ efficiency, rated for 600W output with a peak of 650W. Sold in various shops for around $119.

Corsair is a good option with those more than 80plus. PSU is important is you want a stable PC..

physically: the system become unstable.. ie. pc keep restart when stressed.
theoretical: search for the major (if not all) component's power consumption or the so called TDP. then add them up together will give you total system power consumption at full load.
