I can't set the dram ratio to 2:5,if set can't boot,also,by these settings I can boot to windows but the CPU-Z shows the core speed is only 200x 133 =2.67ghz,I wonder why?

Are you able to change the multiplier instead ?
I'm not on msi board, but somehow i was unable to get it the bclk 200 stable as well on a good temperature and low vcore. But 199.5 seems ok

For 3.6ghz, maybe you can try 180x20 instead ?
The speed thing, you need to disable speed step. When it is running, you will notice the multiplier going up, default is at 12x
Are you on C0 or D0 stepping ? 1.24-1.30 is enough for 3.6 to 4.0 ghz for D0 i think ..

It might sound silly but are you using the latest version of CPU-Z? Try downloading other utilities such as RealTemp which shows CPU speed as well.

Plus are you looking at the right section for CPU speed read out? CPU-Z will show the processor type like "i7 920 @ 2.67GHz", but there's another section that shows the actual speed.

Good luck and keep trying.

Errr. You are running on stock speed based on CPU-Z. Why don't you install Realtemp and check out the reported speed.

Set everything back to default and adjust one by one.
Looks kinda messy.
Dun adjust ur PLL voltage yet, leave it @ default/auto.
Increase ur bclk gradually instead of pushing straight to 200.

keke,I remove the original hestsink of NB & South Bridge replaced by my 2 HR-05,also in aircon room,that's why the tempreture so low.

try these settings. also your QPI Freq is set to 6.4 which is high. the 920's default is only 4.8.

191x21
vCore = +.15
vQPI = +.20
PLL = 1.84
mems = 1.65 (set the timings manually as per your rams)

or try this guide:

Under Cpu Features
C1E: Disabled
Speed Protection: Disabled
HPET: Disabled
====================
Cell Menu:
EIST: Disabled
Cstate: Disabled
BClock: (lower clocks and just go higher as you progress)
QPI: 4.8
====================
Dram Config: (as per your ram timings)
XMP: (enable if supported)
Mem Ratio: (Use a ratio here that would not pass your memory speed)
Uncore Ratio: (Multipled by two of whatever value of your mem ratio)
=====================
Clock Gen
PCI Freq: 37.3
PCIE Freq: 100
DRAM/PCI Freq: Disabled
=====================
Cpu Voltage: +0.25 - +0.27 (Try using the higher voltage then if stable, try to lower it)
QPI: +0.15 (Just install 2x1GB mems and see if its stable)
CPU PLL: 1.84v
Dram: (Follow the indicated voltage of your mems)
IOH: 1.15v
ICH: 1.50v (if stable, try to lower it down to 1.35v)
=====================
Spread Spectrum: Disabled
