i have an athlon xp 2700+ and a acorp 7kt333 mobo which i use in a linux router. the procesor is running at 900Mhz but i can't set the voltage down to 1.1v. the procesor has bridge configuration for 1.1v, and the mobo's voltage regulator supports 1.1v minimum. setting 1.1v does not boot, the keyboard leds start to blink intermitently. the minimum at with the system boots up is 1.475v. i've seen 1700+ stable at 1ghz and 1.15v so i don't think a processor with default 2.2ghz and 1.65v would not run at 900mhz and 1.1v.
so what am i missing?
