Ive honestly never thought of doing that lol.

this mod is not on idle and load temps>>>

its actually help cool down & prolong the life on MCP355's

did u ever feel the 355 base heat b4??

it quite hot btw.. & i using 2X355 side by side
lucky i manage to find some Alu sink for it to let the air pass through from below
from front panel fan.

best is still get the 355 sit on the fan ^^ but no place for it^^

mines on 24/7... ill put a probe on it and see how hot it gets.
i remember it was just "warm" to the touch before when i touched it....
i might have to change my idea of pump heat depending on the results.
Thanks for the heads up.

Theres always the option of using a heatgel silicone on bottom also.
I dont think i have heatsinks that are large enough to accommodate the 355s.

haha!!

still missing the Fittings.

Well, i won't have to do that with mine.

as the entire case door is a large heatsink:

Not gotten my second pump to stick into that Dual DDC top but you get the idea how it'd look after I do so...

But i'm guessing that because of these heatsinks, you can't mount it vertically?

Oh. and our fittings are supposed to arrive soon right? Then you can finally put that whole pump set to good use!!

Ah I see.

and Coloured Fittings?!?!!? Ok now that is something I haven't seen before...

And ah well, Can't use your old fittings cos unlike like everyone else here, I use 1/4" tubing due to the nature of my casing. The fittings I require should arrive with yours from the MO.
