Currently trying to get my chip stable on 4ghz
Base Clock: 200
Multiplier: 20
Vcore: 1.35v
VTT: 1.35v
Dram: 1.65
PLL: 1.8v

Which part should I crank up the voltage? Running 8gb of rams btw
Running Prime95 Blend test, 2 workers fail after 1-2 mins.

What board u using?

General rule is to up vcore and vtt like to 1.38-1.39 then slowly bring them down till u can't boot then up a notch and prime for stability.

Evga Classified 200, does running 8gb rams result in my rams not being able to run at its stated speed? Im using Geil 2133mhz Cl9, but i cant even run at 2000mhz cl9, auto blue screen and cant boot into OS normally, at CL8 1600 im still fine.

try to get the error message that you get during bsod.

STOP: 0x00000101 - raise vcore
STOP: 0x00000124 - raise vcore or vtt

I reckon you should run stock CPU and check on your rams. If it's not running @ rated stats. I reckon you should RMA it.
