chip, if dog already had diarrhoea earlier, i think should try not to let her eat too much human food lor. it's ok if she eats less dog biscuits for a while. when she is fully recovered, probably the full appetite will return. but yeah since your cousin-in-law is vet, then send for free consultation to be safe lor

I think need to be careful to not let you dog think it can "choose". My pinscher very chao kuan one. Once I let it think it can choose between eating my food or his own, he die die wants mine after that.

Then I gotta go back to basics. Put out his bowl and kibbles for 1 hour max (got call him over to let him know I put out his bowl). Every day, he eat a little bit only and then loiter around the kitchen alot. By the 4th day, he beh tahan and eat his own food liao.

TS human food is bad for dogs, if serious can have kidney failure, dun play play too much salt and seasoning the kidneys will fail especially he smaller breeds

having the occassional treat is ok but not as a replacment food, very difficult to make it revert to dog food so dun start..

pls dont feed human food. steamed shredded chicken breast meat with garlics is the best. Feed in small amount. If they refuse to eat, let them be. They have to "clear" their stomach first. Water is a must.
