Where to get or anyone got DIY version of those small doors for your doggies installed on your bedroom door so that when you close the bedroom door, your doggie still got access outside of the bedroom in the middle of the night?

Amazon has quite a selection. I'm actually planning to buy a few from there soon (for my cat so that she can enter and leave the house to play in the garden as she wishes)
