Depends on the model la HDD. Seems like on the slow side IMO though.

lol... i dunnoe leh~ Must my Internal HDD be on the sata 3 port too? I'm transferring from my PC hdd to my External Portable HDD... But it seem to be their fastest series liao~ So... Like bo ko leng is the external hdd leh~

External HDDs tend to be 2.5" drives... Those are slower than 3.5" drives.

no no no.... i wan to noe is it the best transfer speed going through the USB3.0??

People say can reach until 100 to 200 mbps....

Why my one only run 70 peak.... at it isn't 70mb/s constant de lorh~ keep go up and down.. lol~
