Last night, I had tried out to insert the 240mm radiator into the PSU chamber to find out the Right side HDD Cage (I removed only Left Side of the cage only prevously.) is blocking the rad placement. So I used a screw driver and cutter to cut away the excess steel that was holding onto the HDD cage and managed to remove the whole lower HDD cage.

After the cage is removed, I installed another 120mm GT to the front intake. As I did not drill any screw holes to hold the fan, I used cable ties to secure it which work out pretty well.

Today, I came home pretty late. But I wanted to get something done. So I took out the newly bought acrylic sheet and planned to cut a hole.

I measured and mark out a 140mm fan hole + its screw holes. I took out my RTX and started cutting.

After I cut the hole, I used a drill bit on my RTX to drill 4 screw holes. After drilling the holes, I found out that the holes were too tiny for my screws.

So I used a Engraving attachment on my RTX to enlarge the screw holes.

This acrylic panel with 140mm fan hole will be installed to the HDD cage using the 4 screw holes to hole the whole panel in place.

I will cut 3 pc of acrylic to act as a support beneath acrylic sheet near the 5.25 cage as shown below.

Do note that the illustration above is without the 140mm fan hole. It was when I was going to get the acrylic material then I decide to include a 140mm fan hole. So I had lengthen the sheet from 260mm > 400mm.

Was on leave today. So took out all of my acrylic and cut and drill them.

Purchased a brand new 440mm x 400mm x 2mm clear acrylic to replace my old window. So used the existing window' screw hole as a guide to drill 12 holes on the new acrylic window.

The 5.25 inch side Bay Cover which I had cut a 140mm fan hole earlier, I found out that the sides were too thick and which caused it unable to mount. So I took out my dremel today and started cutting it 10mm away.

I also bought some socket head screws for my rad from kelantan lane earlier this week. Which I found out their diameter are too thick. So I went down today to xchange e screws to M3 ones. I also bought some washers just in case I need to use it as a filler.

I had also to plan to custom made a Sata hot sway panel. I had bought the acrylic but last night when I sat down and measure again then I found out.... If I were to make the cover, I won't have enough space to place my pump01 and the reservoir haha...

But since I had bought the acrylic. I will use them to create a 5.25 inch bay back cover which will be able to hide all of the cables and interior of the 5.25 bays.

I will upload pics when I get home later.

Side Panel with clear acrylic. Decided to change the acrylic as it has lots of scratches.

Drilled holes to the new piece of acrylic and try to fit to the Side Panel. Swee Swee!

Completed replacing the Side Panel's Acrylic! $8 total spent!

Cut and Drilled the acrylic sheets for the panels mod.

Test fit of the panels. Very Happy with the panels.

Peeled one side of the PSU Chamber Panel's protective sticker away to see if the acrylic will blend to the design

Bought socket head screws for the panel and my rad screws.

Last night, I took out my EK XTX 360 and found out the the paint near the intake holes were peeling. It is a newly bought rad and what I did is flushing of the rad two weeks ago.

I strongly suspect its either the hot distill water or the water residue that had leaked out had caused the peeling. As when I removed the rad from the bubble wrap, there are traces of water which I think the rad was not totally dried when I kept them. (left them out to dry for 2 days seems that its not enough)

I used sandpaper and smoothen the peeled paint and respray a new coat of paint. Hope that the peeling wont happen again.....

I had resprayed a few new coats of Flat Black on my new XTX 360 rad. Pretty disappointed on how easy the paint peels off.....

Wanted to spray Red, but my wife commented that if I were to spray red, the rig's part will be not standing out which is kinda true.

Always good to have a partner giving u ideas.

@K-Dash: soon, finishing very soon but I am planning to create a simple platform for my dual pumps. which can emits lights beneath. Still thinking how to go about creating it.
