New system Project legacy Apr 15th, 05, 12:42 AM #1

Building a new system with the following parts.......

Pentium 640 3.2GHz 2MB Cache EM64T (from USA)
Abit Fatality AA8XE (from Convergent)
1 GB OCZ DDR2 PC5400 667MHz 4-2-2-8 (from USA)
OCZ Modstream 520 (from USA)
Leadtek 6800GT PCI-E
WD Raptor 74GB
Swiftech 5002-775PT TEC (from USA)

Stuff finally arrived from USA thru Vpost on 14 April 2pm.
Still waiting for mainboard to arrive on Monday (hopefully).

Nice goodies!!!!

Close up of the ram.

Got sick of trying to take a picture of the CPU (couldn't read the words), finally I just scanned it with a scanner.

More pics and benchies next week......stay tuned!

Well, once you have used OCZ products, it's hard to find another replacement. They may be on the expensive side, but they make fantastic products.

Thursday? You got to be joking!!! When I get the mainboard on Monday, it's straight home to set up the system. I wanna get it up and running by Monday night, Tuesday morning by the lastest! And OCing/benching on Tuesday night.

Well, prepared most of the stuff already. Gonna set up the power supply for the pelt before hand. So the only thing to do is to mount the water block, insulation, mount into the casing and connect power.
