Project: Skulltrailed Soldam ZR-3000 mmansueto Feb 28th, 09, 07:22 AM #1 (permalink)
Hello everyone. I wanted to post my Skulltrail project here, as I have it on OCN. I have about 8 Soldam cases right now, and this is one of two ZR-3000's I have. I am putting a water cooled Skulltrail system with the following specs:

Intel D5400XS MB
Visiontek 4870x2 w/ EK block
8GB Transcend FB-DIMM
2 x E5420's OC'ed to 3.2
LG Blu-Ray player
Ultra X3 1000 watt PSU
5 x Seagate 1.5TB HD's
2 x 74GB Raptors

The water cooling will be completely external.

So, without further ado:

Now, on to the watercooling setup:

I had a custom made wooden external rad enclosure built along with a custom brass manifold.

No problem, if I only I was 1/10 as talented as him. CD built that RAd enclosure for me as well as the manifold. I am on OCN and XS all the time with him. I found these cases around the states and a few oversees. I own 8 now, with a few more on the way. I may contact darthbeavis to let him know.
