Was thinking of which setup?

RES>pump>Rad>CPU>RES

or

Pump>CPU>Rad>REs>Pump

Which setup will be better in terms of cooling?

another wc rig. nice.
depends on the placement of your go for the shortest route and placement of your wc components.
although from the looks of it, it won't matter much because the distance between the components are the same since you mounted your rad at the back with the inlet/outlet on top (i assume).

but i have this idea, if my assumption is right that your rad is at the back.

1, attach the res at the inside backplate of the case
2, attach the pump inlet pointing up receiving feed from res
3, tube from pump outlet to the cpu wb
4, from the wb, goes to the rad inlet
5, rad outlet goes to res....

i overlooked that you have the swiftech res...but i guess the bp rotaries can help.

i was looking for the pic in xs as sample, but gave up too many rigs for me to remember which thread. here's a drawing though:

not sure how wide your case is btw to accommodate the pump like that and avoid the gpu or any of your expansion cards.

Internally no space since i am using a mid tower.

On top of the casing nv consider b4. any bad points of mounting @ the back of the casing?

Bianco thxs for the effort of drawing out the diagram. I dun think can fit my pump & res there due to the PSU & my gpu card & and side window fan.

haha. was just fiddling around with paint. got you point, googled your case... just try to bring up that pump up high closer to the cpu to shorten your loop.

the res in the drawing is pointing towards the side of the case btw.

I have some tubings that are compatible with the fittings. 2meter of Tygon B-44-X 1/2" ID and 5/8" OD. I can give you all of them.
