[Work Log] MurderMod TJ07 bullydog Jul 28th, 09, 11:09 AM #1 (permalink)
Thanks for dropping by to visit my worklog, this is my first ever worklog in VR-Zone and I hope it turns out well.

Pls pardon me if my updates are kind of patchy or not in the correct built sequence as there were several things I had to juggle with
Whilst working on this project. You might notice that there are instances of incompleted areas not attended to whilst I’m working On something else, reason for that is because of time constraint juggling between work & personal commitments.

Firstly a big thank you to all those ppl involved in helping me one way or another in helping make this project happen.

Charles – From Murder Mod, who else but the Master Modder that helped provide the MurderMod aesthetics

Froze – As usual all his WC MO’s and poisonous stuff. Thanks bro

Sabe – Thanks for getting those YL Fans

Goondo – Thanks for Sharing the Freight

Uvnium (Gary) – Thanks for cutting the side Panel

IvesonGarnett – Valuable motherboard & OC Tips and advices along the way for both Rampage II Extreme & eVGA Classified Motherboard

Pissing_intel – For his valuable inputs too

Bianco sharing info over at XS

Everyone here at VR-Zone Thanks for your support

Lastly, I’m no photography expert I also don’t happen to own an SLR so pls pardon my novice photography skills

My small little set of fittings required for this built, definitely no match with some of our VR-Zone watercooling Gurus here

YL Fans from Sabe

The workhorse for my Feser 360 and XSPC 240 Rads

Better Test it first prior to sleeving them

First Attempt of a sleeve job

Removed Molex plugs, might be using a fan controller instead

can i post or are you still reserving?
so that was your tj07 sidepanel that i saw last friday! i think. haha.
anyways, your stuff looks good bro. just noticed that you sleeved your fans all the way up to the 'motor',
do they still fit into the groove to be tucked away from the moving blades?

Thanks bro, actually i only realized that i only need to sleeve 3 fans right up to the motor and the other 2 fans up to the frame because 3 of the fans will be mounted on the Rad with a "pull" configuration and the other 2 will be pushing air thru the rads. Looks like there's some work to be done to re-sleeve 2 fans

Looking good man! Can't wait to see the rest of it

@bianco - I had the same difficulties, I ended up cutting a bigger hole to let the wires through.
