For people to save on various items found in and out of Singapore.

2 methods:

1. TS knows a supplier that allows TS to price his items at a price that is LOWER than market price

2. TS is willing to organise a MO / Spree whereby he orders on the behalf of all participants from a local / foreign site. Through this method, it allows participants to share on cost savings on shipping, and also take advantage of discounts that are only offered for certain amounts (e.g. above $300). He will also pay up the full amount on behalf of all participants using a single credit card.

In both cases, TS will usually take a deposit (any amount, from 10% - full payment) to protect himself against the liability should any of the participants change his mind and decide not to purchase the item even though it has been ordered already.

In both cases, when the shipment arrives, he will then distribute as per prior agreed distribution guidelines (usually found in 1st post)

TS should state out clearly in the first post and clarify if there are any handling fees / kopi money being earned from the MO. Nothing in the world comes free, and definitely not service in Singapore.
