Hi Guys.
It's seems my Western Digital Caviar Black will die soon. May I know how to do RMA for it ? And is it possible just direct send the disk to somewhere for service ? Pls help ...

I think there is 2 locations, the official WD is near bedok, very convenient at Western Digital (s E Asia) Pte Ltd Technopark @ Chai Chee 750C, 750C Chai Chee Rd, Singapore 469003 6441 9989 about 2 bus stop from Bedok MRT. Enter main door, go around left side, 2nd building at the back, then at lobby, take lift to 3rd floor. Auntie there will ask you fill in data, if have spare will 1to1 exchange on spot, if no, then will courier delivery to you when available.

Achieva one I haven't tried, but have 2 years more warranty if have proper receipt/warranty card. So if you go to WD one, then maybe you have only 3 years warranty instead of 5 years.
