CENTURION Properties Pte Ltd received 747.7 million new shares in SM Summit Holdings as consideration for its disposal of an 88 per cent stake in Centurion Dormitory (Westlite) Pte Ltd, and another 100 million new shares in SM Summit as consideration for its disposal of a 45 per cent stake in Lian Beng-Centurion (Mandai) Pte Ltd.
