Sale/Auction Duration bobbioton Dec 6th, 07, 01:41 PM #32 (permalink)
Is there a guide or rule where the seller is required to state when his sale or auction should end?

For some of us here, we will only be interested in an item for a period of time that while you may be listed as the top bidder or as having quoted to have made the best offer, the sale simply drags on until such time that you lose interest, miss an opportunity on a similar sale item or have found a better alternative.

I have read that some people simply withdraw their bid. While this may be fine in some instances, there is also a real risk that the seller will be put-off by the withdrawal.

Any clarification is appreciated.
It's in the news... there's gold in shit!

Maybe we have a template for all threads made in computer garage like on top?
This would be useful and everyone thread would be standardised. Like the title we can have the options
