The two sites were made available for sale under the Confirmed List of the H12012 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
Together, the land parcels can yield about 805 housing units, providing home buyers and developers with more private housing options.
The 1.26-ha site at HillView Avenue can yield about 370 private housing units. Located within an established residential estate, it is near the future Cashew and Hillview MRT stations.
Meanwhile, the condo site at Upper Serangoon View/Upper Serangoon Road has an area of about 1.24-ha and can yield approximately 435 units. It is in close proximity to Hougang MRT station and bus interchange and is easily accessible through expressways, including the TPE, KPE and CTE.
The tender for the residential sites at Upper Serangoon View/Upper Serangoon Road and Hillview Avenue will close at 12pm on 1 March 2012 and 6 March 2012 respectively.
Selection of the successful tenderer will be based on the tendered land price only.
