Wee Hur Holdings is set to unveil its Parc Centros condo project (pictured) in Punggol Central on Saturday, 21 July.
Considered the firm’s largest residential project to date, Parc Centros will also be the first condo in Punggol to offer five-bedroom units.
Located near Punggol MRT station, the 99-year leasehold development will comprise of eight 16-storey buildings with 618 units ranging from one- to five-bedders and penthouses. The average selling price is S$950 psf.
Interested buyers can visit the showflat at Punggol Central from next Saturday onwards. Parc Centros is scheduled to be completed in December 2016.
