On paper, this superbly located condo is a winner already. It's right next to Tanah Merah MRT! No wonder 13 developers fought tooth and nail over this plot. The winner was Fragrance Group and World Class Land, their joint bid of $285,215,000 beat the closest contender Areca by $5mil.</p>
