Do the Fujitsu notebooks still have the power leak issue with their standard 2 pin plugs?

The last time I tried to RMA my Fujitsu laptop at the which discharged electricity from any exposed metal part on the chassis, they claimed it was "by design" and it can be found in all their notebook ranges.

I had to escalate the issue to the Asia Pacific headquarters before they did something about it.
