Singtel don't give vouchers either but at least M1 gives once in a while and they got better customer service compared to Singtel.

Yup... In fact M1 was the only telco that got increase in customer satisfaction ratings among all telcos in a recent customer satisfaction index (In today's papers). Both Singtel and starhub dropped in ratings while Singtel got the worst ratings..

yes,many times for me. M1 always got bill problem -- over charge. you must look up your bill carefully. i just renewed HBB with M1 before previous contract expired, but they still bill me at full charge. called them 2 times, they said no renew record and promise to check and call back to me later, but nothing. i sent mail to them, also nothing but a system auto reply.
