The Groupings as follows:

* Group A - SAFFC, Brunei DPMM, Albirex Niigata (S)
* Group B - Tampines Rovers, Geylang United, Young Lions
* Group C - Super Reds, Gombak United, Balestier Khalsa
* Group D - Home United, Sengkang Punggol, Woodlands Wellington
