[Question]-Lower Abs SYY Jan 2nd, 09, 11:58 AM #1 (permalink)

Way Of The Dragon: From a distance - 20 paddlers move in perfect rhythm to a muted drum beat, gracefully skimming the water's surface. Up close - determined grunts and strained sinews with oars in grip, dig vigorously into the water. The majestic head of the dragon fronts this contraption but the real heart lies just behind it, at the apex of the bow. Like a conductor of an orchestra, the drummer leads his crew with the calculated beat of his drum. Such is the realm of dragon boating.

No, the secret is

1. you must do at least 30 in 1 go
2. Legs must be fully straightened
3. Do not lift more than 90 degrees
4. Inhale when lifting up and exhale when putting down

I lost 1 inch after 2 months of doing 1 rep of 30

Ps: If you cannot do 30 in 1 go, do not lower your legs fully, just make sure you can do 30 in 1 go - this is very important

I think to build abs, must do more than 30 in 1 go

ab training, those crunches and sit-ups stuffs are not really effective in losing the fat at the lower abdomen. What they do is build up the muscle underneath the fats. The most effective way of getting rid of the fats is by doing cardiovascular exercises like jogging, brisk walking etc...those exercises take energy from burning your fats..
withit's not that hard to imagine.
