hey guys...many of u might hav known wad happened to me if u had been to da chit chat threads...anyway, juz fractured my right leg yesterday...frm wad da doc said, da bones were intact n in a gd position to heal...its onli a small part of it thats crushed...so i was thinkin if eating this supplement(cissus RX) would help in my healing process??

Actually you're not entirely right.

Here's the trick:
Vit D is to help absorption of Calcium.
Calcium is to strengten the bone.

So it doesn't really help when your bone is fractured.
You need high quality protein and Vitamin C. Why? What is cell built from? Protein right? And what helps wound to heal faster? Vitamin C right? So when both added to together, it helps.
