I was just wondering that if anyone is like me , listening to mp3 songs and have an enhance in "stamina" while doing sports...

just wondering if this is bad for the long term...

Music does not enhanced your stamina, usually is the mental effort. Listening to music can distract u from the strenuous training and make you focus less on the 'xiong' part. Listening to music may work on you but not on all people.

If it helps good for you.
If it doesn't then don't use it.

Some people need different ways to get "in the zone", I need music to eliminate the ambiance noise.

I usually psyche myself up with music from the moment I come out of the shower right up to the gym locker. After that keep my mp3 player cos it's not sweat proof haha
