eat lesser carb n do more cardio...

Way Of The Dragon: From a distance - 20 paddlers move in perfect rhythm to a muted drum beat, gracefully skimming the water's surface. Up close - determined grunts and strained sinews with oars in grip, dig vigorously into the water. The majestic head of the dragon fronts this contraption but the real heart lies just behind it, at the apex of the bow. Like a conductor of an orchestra, the drummer leads his crew with the calculated beat of his drum. Such is the realm of dragon boating.

to lessen fat.. oats/muesli for breakfast.. low fat of everything less salt of everything.. eat fruits as dessert, eat fiber crackers for snacks..

my diet 50% veg, 20% meat, 30% carbo..

eat less at night. no supper

exercise is a must.. minimum 30 minutes a day.. ideal 2 hours /day but do not overdo..

174 cm from 92kg at peak point, now at 73-74kg fluctuate.. achieved in 2.5 months..

Dun think this is the place for professional nutritional advice but last I heard, too much carbs is bad for slimming down. Stay away from refined carbs like white bread also.

And don't think about losing weight "faster". Your 3kg loss is permanent or temporary? If permanent then good. Just keep your exercise regime up, although I think you should do full-body workouts too, instead of just lower body from stair climbing.

The fastest way is to exercise. Going running is the most effective way in my opinion. If you start on a training program and do it regularly then I don't see why there is a need to watch your food intake especially if you are still young. But that does not mean fastfood everyday. If you train hard then I think you should reward yourself by satisfying all your food cravings.

I've already given you the guideline when you PM me previously.
1.5g/lb protein, within the caloric limit of BW(pounds) x 12.

How and where you get it is up to you; high carb/low carb/moderate carb is up to you and how your body reacts requires it for the physical activities that you do.

8 weeks on 2 weeks off at maintenance - BW x 16, then another 8 weeks on.

Adjust the caloric limit of each phase to real world results.

Err im not a professional or anything. just sharing what i do.

As for bread, i eat wholemeal bread. Avoid white bread.
Try avoid white rice also. Oats are good. Brown rice is fine.

I've been doing this for the past few weeks. I lost abt 5kg or so.
Hope that helps
