i'll recommend e Hart brand de racket, a rather affordable, yet very playable unit, feel is similar to the even balance Yonex Titanium type, and very comparable to Astec Magic Power, though obviously this racquet has oversized headframe.

It's quite all arounder -slight bias to attacking game, decent performer for double game in practise, especially if you're unwilling to risk your more expensive racquet (eg, Yonex unit, ).
The built quality is great, but paint job looks average.
