As above, i quite concern about losing fats around the face and chin.
What is the fastest way to lost those fats ):


I am ok with my ht and wt , just that face fats seem hard to remove ._.

FYI, got alot ppl out there think they can "spot reduce" fat on their bodies. However, it doesnt work that way.

I got alot ppl ask me things like: "hey my arms are flabby, got any exe can reduce them?" OR "Yo, I got a belly man, U know any exe can reduce it?"

Yr case of "fleshy" face is more likely a case of genetics. Be happy of yourself, eat right & exercise, cheers.

do more on cardio exercise to reduce on body fat so that there might be a chance your face or chin will lose some fat..
