anyone knws the fastest way to burn away spare tyres ( belly area )

cos been binge eating for a while now wanna lose some weight lol ...

liposuction, collect it all in a pan and set it alight? heh just kidding.

i think really, there is no other way but to exercise lah. no fast way or shortcut de. but dun just focus on aerobic exercise. do anerobic ercises i.e. targeted exercises at the area and enough load-bearing stuff too coz it all helps to keep your metabolic rate up even after u stop working out and are at rest... whereas latest research shows that when aerobic workout stops, metabolic rate just goes back to normal so it works only when u r working out unlike doing weights

so does it mean i should do less cardio stuff and more carrying heavy weights ?

You need to do both.
Heavy weight to retain muscle mass and cardio to increase your caloric expansion to hasten fat loss.

something like jumping jack,twisting,skipping+sit-up or push up... ;]

u can try high intensity interval training...fast n efficient bud very tiring...

Dont skip your meal or your body will convert more food into fat ..

Do sit up for 10 times everyday without fail.

If u can sustain for 1 yrs then can talk about other plan....Sit up is just to train yr self discipline...without self discipline...whatever plan also CMI ...ahhaha

basically, eat more small meals throughout the day. like 5 small meals as that greatly helps your metabolism. and do more cardio, basically jogging. building muscle helps a lot too as they burn a lot of fat and give you a lean shape too.
